  Hello would you mind sharing which blog platform you're using?
  I'm looking to start my own blog in the near future but I'm
  having a difficult time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
  The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and
  I'm looking for something completely unique.

  I think what you posted was very logical. But, think about this, what
  if you were to create a killer title? I am not suggesting your
  information is not good., but suppose you added something that grabbed a person's attention? I mean Association Nationale des Communes du Bénin - ANCB is a little boring.
  
  You ought to look at Yahoo's front page and note how they create news titles to grab people to
  click. You might try adding a video or a picture or two to grab people
  interested about everything've written. In my opinion, it might make
  your posts a little bit more interesting.
